The main function of The Utility Contractors Association of Ontario, Inc. is to negotiate and administer the collective agreements with the Labourers and the Operating Engineers in the utility sector of the construction industry in Ontario. The Association, formed in 1968, presently has eleven contractor members and twenty nine associate (supplier) members.
